Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary slightly during high-demand periods, severe weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Shipping Origin
To ensure fast delivery and consistent inventory availability, orders may ship from our center in the United States or from Colombia, depending on product availability. Regardless of the shipping origin, our standard delivery window remains 3–5 business days.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed before completing your purchase.

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
